Channel Types
There are 3 main types of channel connection for virtual numbers:
– dedicated channels
– distributed channels
– dynamic channels
Dedicated Channels
This type of channels is firmly tied to the selected number. That is, if you had 2 channels on the number and you added 2 more channels to it, you will have a total of 4 channels assigned to the number.
This option is suitable for those cases when you have a stable flow of calls and you have a stable number of managers working simultaneously.

Distributed Channels
This type of channels can be distributed among all your numbers.
For example, you have a number for the UK and Kazakhstan. You know that you may need more than two channels for each number. But the number of calls you have is not supposed to be so large that you need separate channels for each country, especially if you do not have so many managers. Then, with distributed channels, the channels will be distributed among numbers depending on the number of calls to them.

Dynamic Channels
As the name suggests, such channels are allocated in the required quantity depending on the number of parallel calls. There is no connection fee or subscription fee, but there is a fee for incoming calls.
This option is suitable for you if the number of your calls varies greatly and you do not know how many channels you may need in the future.
Price for dynamic channels:
– 1.5 cents per minute
You can always switch from one option to another if necessary.
