How to register?

Go to link and fill in all the required fields marked with asterisks. After that, you will be able to log in to your personal account and buy/manage your services and numbers.

 

How to connect a phone number?

Connecting a number occurs in several steps:

  1. order number (country and city) here
  2. register an account (if you already have one, enter its details)
  3. payment for the order
  4. upload documents (if necessary).

The period for connecting a number without documents is up to 1 day, with documents 1-2 days (except for some exceptions).

 

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept the following types of payments:

  • VISA / Mastercard on the website
  • bank transfers (SWIFT and SEPA)

 

How quickly is the phone number activated after payment?

Registration and registration takes 10-15 minutes. The phone number is activated immediately after receiving payment for it on the account. Except for cases when documents are required to activate the number (in this case, activation takes 1-2 days). What types of forwarding do we have available?

  • Call forwarding to landline (tariff)
  • Call forwarding to mobile phone (tariff)
  • Free call forwarding to SIP devices (computer and smartphone, you need to install the so-called softphone and have internet access on the device)

 

What is a softphone or SIP application?

A softphone, sipphone or SIP application is a small program for a computer or smartphone that allows you to receive incoming calls for free, as well as make outgoing calls around the world.

For such a program to function, a stable Internet connection is required on the device. To use such a program, it is enough to use your SIP account, consisting of a login, password and server.

The easiest way to set up call forwarding to a SIP device is to submit a request to our support team!

On your side there are 2 types of settings for receiving calls via SIP:

  • to your server or physical SIP phone (in this case we give you a SIP account and you configure it yourself on your side)
  • to your computer / smartphone (in this case, we will tell you which application to install and tell you how to set it up)

 

What is included in the room’s subscription fee?

The subscription fee guarantees the assignment of a telephone number to the subscriber and technical support for the subscriber. The subscription fee for the number also includes:

  • unlimited call forwarding to SIP account
  • providing a free SIP account
  • setting up call forwarding within a virtual PBX
  • call statistics
  • 2 communication channels for receiving two calls simultaneously (except for some numbers)
